Licensed Clinical Psychologist
she/her · Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Antioch University Seattle
My practice is built on a simple belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and validated. I am a neurodiversity-affirming licensed clinical psychologist in Oklahoma, bringing affirming, trauma-informed psychological care to children, adolescents, and adults.
My work centers on comprehensive psychological assessment across the lifespan. Understanding who a person is and what they need requires the ability to see the full picture: how different conditions overlap, mask one another, or develop over time. Many people who find their way to my practice have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or simply missed. The truth is, conditions like autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, learning challenges, and complex trauma rarely show up alone. Sorting through that complexity carefully, thoroughly, and with respect for each person's story is work I find deeply meaningful.
An increasingly important aspect of my practice is supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating chronic health challenges, and how those intersect with developmental and mental health conditions. I understand firsthand how often people in this position are left without clear answers and adequate support.
In my free time, I can be found spending time with my family, playing boardgames, soaking in the sunshine, binge watching shows, cuddling any furry critter, and trying desperately to continue learning American Sign Language, part of a deep commitment to accessibility and meeting people where they are.
